As part of their initial training, employees complete courses in Basic Rigging, Crane and Forklift Signaling, and Forklift Safety and Operations. Team members receive instruction on the safe operation of the seven classifications of forklifts commonly found throughout the industry and within our company's operations. This comprehensive training program helps ensure that employees possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry best practices. In addition, employees receive training that supports NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) standards, including crane safety awareness, signaling procedures, lift planning fundamentals, and operator competency requirements. Crane operators are subject to operator evaluations to verify their ability to safely operate equipment and perform assigned tasks in accordance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable NCCCO standards.
Our commitment to training reflects our belief that a well-trained workforce is essential to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
